CKUA Spring Campaign Fundraiser

Spring is in the Air...Well almost and its time to start thinking about booking your volunteer shifts for the CKUA Spring Campaign Fundraiser!

 

 

Mark your calendars (and book your shifts!) for the upcoming CKUA Spring Campaign Fundraiser from Thursday, April 24 (7am) - Sunday May 4 (6pm), 2014.

The first shift on April 24 will be different than in previous campaigns because it will begin at 7 am, so the first shift available will be from 7am-9am and all other shifts will be the usual 3 hrs.

Training Sessions will be held on Monday, April 14 & Thursday, April 17, 2014 for:

·         New volunteers (and anyone wanting a refresher) on phones or hospitality

·         Shift Managers/Data Managers

Sessions will start at 5:30pm for Shift and Data Managers.  We’ll have a light supper, followed by phone/hospitality training at 6:30pm. Following this, the new Data Managers (or those that would like a refresher) there will be a short, hands on training session on the software used during campaign.  Please sign up for training by March 31, and I will send further details/materials as needed!

For those of you in and near Edmonton:

·         I’d like to find a volunteer (or volunteers) that may be interested in doing food pick for the weekday suppers and the weekend lunches and suppers. Please let me know if you are interested!
